READ IT CAREFULLY: The starting point, the ticket redemption point, and the meeting point are in the same place: Via Delle Terme di Tito 72, on the corner of Via Nicola Salvi. Staff will wait next to the Oppio Park entrance with a "Tour in the city" sign. Our staff members at the meeting point will have the entry tickets, all you have to do is be at the meeting point on time!Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time due to managing and organizational reasons. Late arrivals cannot join the tour or be rescheduled unless paying again for the activity. Children's discount is applied only with a valid ID card (IDs and passports, Student Cards are not considered valid IDs). To get inside the Colosseum, we will use group tickets (not individual ones). The Colosseum management does not distribute individual tickets to groups. For this reason, we cannot give tickets to late arrivals or people who only want admission and visit the museum on their own.For any communication, the staff has no responsibility in case of a wrong or inactive phone number.
